Yuk Ping Ng

Yuk Ping Ng, CFA, is a seasoned corporate development leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Corporate Development Leader at eBay since September 2025, Yuk Ping previously held key positions at KeyBank and Charles Schwab, where responsibilities included advising C-suite executives and leading significant acquisition efforts, notably executing $30 billion in acquisitions at Charles Schwab. Additional roles encompass Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasury at E*TRADE, and various positions at Pitney Bowes, where initiatives included a $400 million transformation strategy and M&A transactions totaling $800 million. Yuk Ping also gained foundational experience at Credit Suisse. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
