Zach Cohen is an experienced in-house legal counsel, currently serving as the Director of Global Product Counsel for eBay, with a focus on payments. They previously held roles at Square, Afterpay, and BlueVine, where they provided legal guidance on payments, product development, and regulatory matters. Earlier in their career, Zach worked as an associate at law firms such as Quinn Emanuel and Cooley LLP, specializing in intellectual property litigation and venture capital fund formation. Zach holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and a B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University, graduating cum laude.
