Todd Pelman

Todd Pelman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Todd is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Engineer at Ebb Carbon, where they are leading the development of a new method of atmospheric carbon dioxide removal. Prior to this, they worked at Slow Brine as a Vice Fermentor, overseeing operations and fermentation processes.

From 2012 to 2022, Todd was the CEO of Manufactory, a position that gave him extensive leadership and strategic development responsibilities. Todd also served as the VP of Engineering at Symmetry Sensors from 2018 to 2019.

In 2006, Todd founded Blue Green Pacific, Inc., where they held the role of CEO until 2013. During their tenure, they developed core competencies in various areas including business development, financing, strategic development, and regulatory and government relationships.

Todd's earlier work experience includes roles such as Director of Product Development at SunLink, COO at ALBUMteam Inc, Program Manager and Mechanical Engineer at IDEO, Senior R&D Engineer at Novare Surgical Systems, and Mechanical Engineer at Fogarty Research and Development. During these positions, they gained extensive experience in product design and development, project management, and mechanical engineering in the medical device, renewable energy, consumer electronics, and design industries.

Todd Pelman attended California State University Maritime Academy from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering.
