Jordan Neo is an experienced professional in product experience and management, currently serving as Product Experience Lead and Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Ebb & Flow Group since September 2019. Previously, Jordan held the position of Product Manager at Tabletop, a social media platform focused on food exploration, from October 2020 to April 2022, and was the Customer Experience Lead at Porterfetch from April 2017 to July 2019. Early career experience includes roles as a Marketing Executive at Li Da Foods, an Intern at Success Legacy and MediaCorp Pte Ltd, and a Supply Assistant at Singapore Army. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Adelaide and has a strong foundation in social media management, graphic design, and customer experience.
