Daniel Kerr has a total of three work experiences. Daniel started their career at PSI Contact Center as a Customer Service Representative in January 2011 and worked until February 2013. Daniel then became a Project Leader from March 2013 to December 2013, leading a team of eight employees handling daily inbound/outbound calls. After that, they served as an Operations Manager from January 2014 to February 2015. In 2016, Kerr joined PSI Contact Center again as a Quality Manager, responsible for performing quality assurance for Nexia technical support and supervising the program. Daniel was also a Team Lead from June 2017 to March 2019. In April 2019, Kerr joined ebbo as a Customer Care Manager.
Daniel Kerr attended Novi High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Daniel then enrolled at Oakland Community College from 2021 to 2023, pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security.
