Lizzie Camstra Hughes (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lizzie'smost recent position is as the President of the Board of Directors at the Bayfield Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau, where they have been serving since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of the Board of Directors at the same organization from 2022 to 2023.

Lizzie also has experience as a Senior Insight Analyst at ebbo since 2022, where they work with clients and internal teams to develop promotion and loyalty program strategies, analyze program effectiveness, and provide post-program reporting.

Lizzie is also the owner of Camstra Hughes Farmworks, LLC dba Blue Vista Farm since 2021, where they co-owns and operates a 40-acre pick-your-own apple and berry farm. Lizzie developed and maintains the business plan for this operation and has obtained funding for the farming and conservation activities. Lizzie also markets the products and drives revenue using minimal investment high return strategies.

Lizzie'sprevious experience includes roles such as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Conifer Health Solutions from 2017 to 2021, where they developed and improved automation for financial reporting and provided support for ad hoc reports. Lizzie also worked as an Associate Region Director at the International Mountain Bicycling Association in 2016, overseeing local-level chapters and coordinating regional advocacy activities.

In addition, Lizzie has experience as a Chief Experience Officer at Lava Tours from 2015 to 2016, where they developed inclusive travel packages and managed the overall guest experience. Lizzie has also worked as the Director of Client Delivery at Conifer Health Solutions from 2013 to 2016, where they provided oversight management, client management, and relationship management.

Earlier in their career, Lizzie served as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Integrity Management Consulting from 2011 to 2013, providing acquisition support to the Department of Homeland Security. Lizzie also held leadership positions in the Air Force ROTC from 2006 to 2009, including the role of Cadet Commander, and gained experience as an intern at Air Force OSI in 2008, where they partnered with senior Special Agents and participated in various investigative activities.

Lizzie Camstra Hughes (she/her) has an extensive educational background. Lizzie completed their Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy and Terrorism Studies at Norwich University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology-Archaeology from California State University, Fresno, from 2006 to 2009.

Recently, Lizzie expanded their academic pursuits by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Harvard Extension School. Lizzie began their studies there in 2019 and is currently still enrolled.

In addition to their formal education, Lizzie has also obtained a Certification as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from The Loyalty Academy in July 2022.
