Charles Higson Smith is currently the APJ Head of Talent Acquisition and L&D at Ethos BeathChapman. Prior to this, Charles held the position of Head of People APAC at Hamlyn Williams. Charles also has experience as a Fintech Consultant, a Professional Rugby Player for the Hong Kong Rugby Union, an Event Coordinator at CSM Production, and in sports marketing at Lagardère Sports. Charles has a background in management at Abercrombie & Fitch and has interned at Jardine Matheson and Allen & Overy. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Exeter.
