Simon Duchesne

Simon Duchesne, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources at EBC inc. since June 2014 and previously holding various HR roles there. Prior experience includes positions at SNC-Lavalin Construction inc., TC Imprimeries Transcontinental, Pomerleau Inc., and Manpower Québec, focusing on employee relations, talent development, recruitment, and health and safety management. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and is pursuing a Graduate Microprogram in Labor Law at Université de Montréal.
