Marc-Andre Malboeuf

Marc-Andre Malboeuf serves as Vice President for various HR roles at Desjardins since August 2014, including Vice President of HR Centre of Expertise and Global Compensation and Labour Relations. Previously, Marc-Andre held multiple HR leadership positions at Bombardier Transportation from January 2006 to July 2014, overseeing the Americas Division and global HR shared services. Early career experience includes roles at Watson Wyatt, Nordia Telecommunications, Bombardier Aerospace, and Bell Mobility Cellular, concentrating on compensation, benefits, and human resources. Marc-Andre holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Adm in Human Resources from UQAM, along with a DEC in Business Administration and Management and a DES from Collège Beaubois.
