Monnecka's experience also includes serving as Banquet Manager at Highgate from September 2017 to September 2019, and as Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, from March 2016 to August 2017. Monnecka is pursuing a Specialized Master's in Business with a focus on Analytics at The Ohio State University, expected to complete in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, graduated in 2016.
