Rehab Elfawal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2002, Elfawal joined Al-Ahram Establishment - AMAC as a Senior Web Application Developer until 2008. Following this, Elfawal worked at Vodafone, starting as a System Analyst in 2008 and progressing through various positions, including System Analyst - Testing Engineer/Coordinator, System Analyst - SharePoint Consultant, Demand Lead and Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst (Agile). The employment at Vodafone lasted until 2018. Lastly, since 2019, Elfawal has been working at eBenefits Network as a Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner.

Rehab Elfawal attended Ain Shams University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Science, specializing in Information Systems.
