Ann Schrempp

Ann Schrempp is an experienced professional in the aging services sector, currently serving as the Education Chair at the Metropolitan Activity Professionals Association since January 2022. Ann's career includes a significant role at Ebenezer as Corporate Director of Lifelong Learning and Lifelong Learning Lead for Skilled Nursing Communities, where responsibilities encompass advocacy, grant writing, fundraising, community partnership development, program development, strategic planning, and research. Ann has also held leadership positions at LeadingAge Minnesota, participating in a specialized Leadership Academy Fellowship Program aimed at developing high-potential leaders in aging services. Additional experience includes directing life enrichment and wellness programs at Great Lakes Management Group LLC and coordinating memory care activities at Presbyterian Homes & Services. Ann's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art/Art History from the University of Minnesota and further studies at St. Catherine University and Columbia College Chicago.
