Caroline Hoffman

Caroline "Callie" Hoffman is an experienced education professional with a focus on early childhood and school-age care. Currently serving as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Ebenezer since October 2019, Callie creates and implements age-appropriate curriculum for a classroom of up to 18 children. Prior roles include School Age Care Lead Staff and Site Director at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where Callie managed large teams and supervised programs for over 200 children. Callie holds a Certificate in Early Childhood Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of the South. Additionally, Callie has experience in maintenance and landscape preservation from work at the University of the South's historic Ravine Garden.
