Nicole Lapides is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in volunteer coordination, counseling, and administration. Currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at Ebenezer since April 2017, Nicole previously completed an internship at the same organization, where valuable skills were developed in working with seniors, facilitating mental well-being groups, and providing individual counseling. Prior to this, Nicole was the Faculty Scheduling Manager at Cardinal Stritch University from September 1997 to November 2014, where responsibilities encompassed human resources and administrative functions for the College of Business and Management. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Interpreting and Transliteration from St. Paul College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota.
