Vickie Burch

Vickie Burch is the AVP of Partner Services at Eberl Claims Service. Vickie has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held multiple positions during their career.

Burch started their career as a Business Operations Director at US Adjusting Services. Vickie was quickly promoted to Assistant Vice President of Claims and then to Multiple Carrier Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic vision and sophisticated strategies to drive profitability and sustain growth.

In January 2019, Burch joined Eberl Claims Service as the AVP of Partner Services. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance partners, as well as overseeing the claims process from start to finish.

Burch is a highly skilled communicator with a well-developed reputation for building genuine rapport among clients and professionals at all organizational levels. Vickie is a proven leader with a track record of managing excellent service delivery and operational development.
