Lynn Williams

Lynn Williams is an experienced professional in customer service and account management, currently serving as an Account Executive in the New Business Division at Entertainment Benefits Group since November 2018. Lynn's role involves providing exceptional customer service to existing clients and focusing on expanding the customer base for Plum Benefits and Working Advantage. Prior to this position, Lynn held various customer service roles, including a representative at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Florida Hospital, as well as a Reservations Specialist and Character Attendant at Walt Disney World. Earlier experience includes working as an International Account Coordinator and Account Manager in the music industry, and administrative roles including Office Manager and Executive Assistant. Lynn holds technical certificates in Medical Office Assistance and Medical Transcription from Valencia College.
