Jennifer Lu is a skilled bioinformatician currently employed at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since July 2022, specializing in the development of bioinformatic pipelines for liquid biopsy variant calling. Previously, Jennifer served as a research officer and senior research technician at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN) from July 2021 to May 2022. Jennifer completed a PhD in Bioinformatics at The University of Queensland, focusing on integrative multi-omics analysis of Pan Cancer Biomarkers with the Centre for Personalised Nanomedicine from August 2017 to July 2021.
