Likhitha Surapaneni

Likhitha Surapaneni is a Bioinformatics Developer at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since September 2021. Prior to this role, Likhitha served as Data Scientist 1 and Jr Data Scientist 2 at Aganitha Cognitive Solutions from August 2019 to September 2021, and completed research internships at Accenture and IBM in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Likhitha has experience in working with time series data and developed a tool using R and Shiny for data analysis and forecasting algorithm recommendations. Likhitha holds an Integrated MTech in IT from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, completed in 2019.
