Paul Denny

Paul Denny is an experienced biologist and bioinformatician, currently serving as a Biocurator at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since December 2016, where expertise is applied in protein information resources and the curation of the UniProt/SwissProt database. Additional roles include being an HGNC Gene Nomenclature Advisor and a Freelance Editor for the Public Library of Science, assessing manuscript quality for peer review. Previous consultancy roles involve analyzing genetic functions and publicizing scientific events.
