Leela Nair

Leela Nair is the Managing Director Asia Pacific, Singapore at Ebiquity. Prior to joining Ebiquity, they were with Mindshare from June 2011 to September 2013 as Managing Director. Leela built the only local agency offering clients a truly integrated communication solution including traditional, digital search and social media across all platforms including mobile.

From September 2010 to May 2011, Leela was with GroupM as Talent, Training and Trading Director where they built a unique training programme designed to create and manage a pipeline of talent for the organisation. The programme was globally acclaimed as best practice. Leela also managed trading for key clients across the group.

Before GroupM, Leela spent 5 years with OMD International Asia Pacific from January 2005 to December 2010 as Managing Director. Leela launched the International unit designed to provide best in class service to multi-market clients by transferring best practice across the markets, ensuring their investment is optimised and developing award winning strategies. Some of the notable clients they have worked with include Visa International, Johnson & Johnson, Fonterra, Standard Chartered Bank, Estee Lauder companies, Hilton International etc.

They work with Mike Campbell - Global President Marketing Effectiveness, London, Kate Henwood - Chief People Officer, London, and Laetitia Zinetti - Managing Director, Continental Europe. Leela Nair reports to Nick Waters, CEO.
