Sridhar Sunkara

Sridhar Sunkara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and organizations. Sridhar started their career in 1997 as the Director of Information Systems at the Downtown Memphis Commission. In 2005, they joined eBiz Solutions as the CEO and Digital Transformation Leader, where they provided technology consulting and digital solutions to companies. In 2006, they became a Board Member and Co-Founder at Start Co, an organization focused on growing the entrepreneurial community in Memphis. Sridhar also served as a Board Member at NEXUS, a leadership development program, from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Sridhar Sunkara was a Board Member at MPACT from 2006 to 2007 and a Fellow at Leadership Academy in September 2006. In 2008, they completed the Executive Program at Leadership Memphis. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Board Member at Common Table Health Alliance, a health improvement collaborative. Sridhar then co-founded ThinkProxi LLC in 2015, an Internet of Things company that focuses on real estate engagement platforms. Sridhar Sunkara was a Board Member at Leadership Memphis from 2016 to 2019 and a Member of the Board of Directors at the eBiz Solutions from 2011 to 2015. Throughout their career, they have been actively involved in various organizations, promoting community development, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Sridhar Sunkara has a diverse educational background. In 1990, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from Andhra University. Sridhar then pursued a Master's degree at The University of Memphis from 1995 to 1997, although their field of study during this period is unknown.

More recently, Sunkara attended the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2017, they completed a program on "Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking." Additionally, in the same year, they also pursued a program on "MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy," with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.

In terms of certifications, Sunkara obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from the MIT Sloan Executive Education in January 2018. Sridhar also received a certification in "Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking" in March 2017, also from the MIT Sloan Executive Education.
