Lily Phang is a seasoned entrepreneur and healthcare professional with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations dedicated to supporting children and families. As a co-founder of KinderPass since August 2024, Lily focuses on leveraging technology to aid parents in nurturing their children’s early development. In parallel, Lily co-founded Eblity in November 2019, fostering a community to assist children with academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges across Singapore and India. Previously, Lily played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling Homage from 2015 to 2019, impacting care delivery in Singapore and Malaysia. Early career contributions include positions at Singapore General Hospital, Jurong Health Services, and International SOS, where responsibilities ranged from managing outpatient clinics to overseeing regional operations and implementing large-scale IT projects, enhancing healthcare service delivery across multiple countries. Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of London.
