Patti Bell

Patti Bell has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several companies. Patti started their career in 1992 at Providian, where they served as a Lead Programmer Analyst and Senior Programmer Analyst, designing and developing essential systems for the Institutional Markets Division. During this time, they gained expertise in object-oriented client/server development.

In 1996, Patti moved to AEGON and took on the role of Consultant Client/Server Programmer Analyst, providing analysis, design, programming, and mentoring for client/server applications across the enterprise. One of their notable accomplishments was participating in the analysis and development of a system to manage agent compensation for multiple insurance companies within the corporation, giving AEGON a competitive advantage.

Within AEGON, Patti also worked as a Top Technical Specialist, providing analysis, application development, and consulting for various departments within the Corporate and Information Technology divisions. Patti created a web site for the Information Security Office, including an online Dashboard to report security status and a workflow engine for managing security exceptions.

Moving forward to 2007, Patti became a Senior Programmer Analyst at AEGON's Investments Division, where they developed and enhanced applications and features for a Securities Pricing web application. In 2011, they transitioned to Homecare Homebase as a Senior Systems Developer, supporting and enhancing the financial application used by back-office staff in home health and hospice agencies. Their recent focus has been on Medicare billing and accounting, ensuring accurate billing and revenue reporting amidst changing regulations.

Most recently, in 2021, Patti joined eBlu Solutions LLC as a Senior Developer.
