Klaus GeiSdorfe

Born 1973 in Neustadt/Aisch, Germany. He graduated from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany, majoring in chemical engineering with a focus on process technology, and received his Ph.D. at EBS Business School with a dissertation titled "Total Cost of Ownership". Afterwards, he obtained his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

From 1998 to 2001, Dr. Geißdörfer worked at Siemens AG and Parsytec.

In 2002, he became assistant to the CEO of the Schaeffler Group and over the next 13 years held various management positions, including a member of the Industrial Management Board.
