Stella Tan is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD since October 2015, following previous roles as Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer within the same organization. Prior to EBMUD, Stella worked as a Staff Engineer at Summit Engineering from June 2012 to September 2015 and as an Environmental Engineering Intern at URS Corporation in late 2011.
