Steven Deprez

Steven Deprez has over 25 years of work experience in various finance and management roles. Steven is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at e-BO Enterprises since January 2021.

Prior to this, Steven worked at Anticimex België as a Process & Transformation manager from December 2019 to July 2020. Steven was responsible for heading up several projects, including the integration of the Pest Control & Fumigation Services of SGS, which was acquired in January 2020.

Before their role at Anticimex België, Steven was the Finance Manager at the same company from April 2016 to December 2019. Steven played a key role in increasing the maturity of the organization and developed a comprehensive financial reporting package. Steven also led the financial aspects of six acquisitions and facilitated their integration into the mother company.

From September 2013 to February 2016, Steven worked at Norsk Hydro as the Global Finance Director for the Welded Tubes division. Steven ensured compliance with group accounting standards, improved reporting, and met the expectations of the Board.

Prior to Norsk Hydro, Steven held the position of Finance Manager at Remi Claeys Aluminium / Sapa Welded Tubes / Norsk Hydro from December 2008 to February 2016. Steven managed the finance team of the Belgian organization and played a crucial role in implementing lean practices, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Steven's earlier experience includes roles at Telindus Belgacom ICT, where they served as the Business Owner for Finance in the SAP Implementation team from January 2006 to November 2008. Steven also worked as the Director of Finance and Administration for Telindus Germany and Telindus Switzerland from October 1998 to November 2008. Additionally, they worked as an Internal Auditor and Tax Specialist from October 1996 to January 1999.

Steven Deprez has a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences (TEW) from KU Leuven, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. Steven also completed an Advanced Master Program in Taxation (Aanvullende Studie Fiscaliteit - ASF) at KU Leuven from 1995 to 1996.
