Phil Bate

Phil Bate currently serves as the Procurement Manager ANZ for Endeavour Consumer Health at EBOS Group Limited, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Phil was the Supply Planning Manager at Ingram Micro from July 2013 to June 2019, ensuring the fulfillment of contracted MSCA and SLAs while optimizing supply chain management practices. Phil also worked as the Inventory Manager at Brightstar from July 2011 to July 2013, overseeing a $30 million inventory portfolio. Earlier experience includes serving as the Merchandise Manager for Les Mills International from July 2007 to May 2011 and as the Operations Manager at FUSION Electronics Limited from 2001 to 2007, where Phil managed inventory across multiple international warehouses.
