Nathalie Taquet has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 16 years. Nathalie is currently the CEO, Director, and co-founder of eBottli, a position they have held since September 2019. In this role, they lead operations and provides strategic direction, overseeing product management and software development processes. Nathalie also manages cross-functional teams and is responsible for installation and service provision for infrastructure systems.

Prior to eBottli, Nathalie founded Bottli Wines in 2018 and served as CEO and Director. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked at Nestlé Health Science from June 2012 to July 2018 as a Team Manager in Big Pharma. In this position, they contributed to the development of new keyboard technology and automation, while also recruiting, training, and mentoring a new management team. Nathalie also negotiated major contracts during their time at Nestlé.

Earlier in their career, Nathalie held various research and engineering roles. Nathalie worked as a Research Engineer in the Microscopy Platform at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from May 2010 to February 2011. From September 2008 to April 2010, they were a Post-Doc Research Engineer in Metabolism at Inra - Institut national de la recherche agronomique (France). Nathalie also served as a Lecturer in Biochemistry at Faculte de Medecine et de Pharmacie / Ecole de Biologie Medicale from September 2006 to September 2008.

In addition, Nathalie gained experience as a Post-Doc in Genetic Cellular and Molecular Institute Biology at IGBMC from September 2007 to August 2008. Nathalie completed their Ph.D. in the Pharmacy Faculty at Inserm Institute for Viral and Liver Diseases, University of Strasbourg from September 2004 to August 2007. Lastly, Nathalie worked as an Engineer in the Screening Platform of the Pharmacy University at Centre national de la recherche scientifique from September 2003 to August 2004.

Nathalie Taquet started their education journey by obtaining a Professional Master 2 in Biology Imagery from the University of Strasbourg in 2002-2003. Nathalie then pursued a Researcher Master 2 in Pharmacology, specializing in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Administration at the same university from 2003 to 2004. Following this, they completed their Ph.D. in Health Life Science Molecular and Cellular at the University of Strasbourg from 2004 to 2007.

In 2018, Nathalie enrolled at SKEMA Business School to pursue a Global Executive MBA with a focus on Innovative Project and Team Management with Leadership. Nathalie successfully completed the program in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Nathalie became a WSET Level 2 Sommelier through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in June 2019. Prior to that, they obtained the FCE Cambridge certification from the University of Cambridge in December 2018.

Nathalie also has a couple of more recent educational experiences. In 2020, they participated in the Foment Accelerator at Flinders University, concentrating on Australia's Wine and Tourism Tech Revolution. Nathalie also completed the Accelerator Program at SproutX, specializing in AgTech, in the same year.
