David Symonds

VP Operations, Director ANZ at ebp Global

David Symonds has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. David most recently worked at ebp Global, where they served as the VP Operations and Director for ANZ. Prior to that, they held the position of Director for Oceania. Previously, they worked at gategroup as the Technology Project Business Lead on a global scale. David also worked at Pourshins as the Head of Projects & Processes, both globally and in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, they held various roles at Pourshins Ltd and Supplair BV - gategroup members, including Operations Manager in both the Asia Pacific and Australia regions, Supply Chain Manager, and Supply Chain Coordinator. David had experience in operations coordination at NISPED - Negev Institute for Strategies of Peace & Development. Additionally, they served as a Squad Commander at Vanguard Company, where they led a team of soldiers during training and combat operations. David was also a Board Member at Newtown Synagogue, overseeing community communications and participating in strategic decision-making. David worked as an Accommodation Manager at Blue Nose Koala, managing relations with tenants and implementing marketing strategies. Lastly, they were a Communications Officer at InHouse Consulting, where they designed a corporate resilience program and produced company collateral documents.

David Symonds attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2004 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a major in Public Relations. David then went on to attend Reddam House from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their HSC. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at the University of New England (AU).
