Brigitte Hutter

Brigitte Hutter currently serves as Geschäftsführerin at IPB Interessengemeinschaft privater professioneller Bauherren since October 2023 and as Stiftungsrätin at Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation since January 2023. Brigitte has been a Partnerin at EBP and leads the Bauherrenberatung Bau+Immobilien team, holding various roles including Projektmanagerin since July 2012. Prior experience includes positions as Portfoliomanagerin for Betriebsimmobilien and Projektmanagerin Bau at Zürcher Kantonalbank from January 2007 to June 2012, as well as Projekt- und Bauleiterin at Hemmi Fayet Architekten AG from September 2001 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include a MAS in Immobilienmanagement from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, a NDK in Projektmanagement from ZHAW School of Engineering, and a diploma in Architecture from ETH Zürich.
