Joseph F. LoPresti

Since joining EBP Supply Solutions in 2005, Joseph has been growing and developing the EBP Team to best deliver smarter solutions to our customers. Today, the Team consists of nearly 300 people who actively live EBP’s core values that include such traits as integrity, seeing opportunities where others see obstacles, having a curiosity to learn new things and giving back to our community.

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Joseph has designed effective policies, procedures and activities for a variety of companies, including R.H. Macy*s & Co., Rossi American Hardwoods and MRC Corporation.

Joseph is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC), American Compensation Association (ACA), National Association of Wholesalers (NAW), Middlesex County Personnel Association and the Alpha Kappa Psi (ΑΚΨ) Professional Business Fraternity. He is on the Board of Directors for the Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC), LifeBridge Community Services, and Junior Achievement (JA) of Southwest New England.
