Paul J. Rooney

Paul J. Rooney has a diverse work experience. Paul J. served as a member of the Board of Directors at Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston since 2003. In 1997, they founded EBS, Employee Benefit Solutions, where they worked as the Managing Partner. At EBS, they provided valuable solutions to HR, finance, and operations leaders to optimize employee benefits programs. Additionally, they are a member of the Boston Business Journal Leadership Trust since 2020.

Paul J. Rooney has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. Paul J. also attended Boston Latin School and Northfield Mount Hermon but did not obtain any degrees from these institutions. In addition to their education, Paul J. Rooney obtained a certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in June 1992.
