Duncan O'Connell LCOI QFA LIB has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Compliance Analyst and Complaints Investigator at EBS d.a.c. since August 2018. Prior to this role, Duncan worked at Nationwide Building Society for nearly nine years as a Customer Service Manager, focusing on quality control and compliance with regulations. Duncan's earlier career includes positions as a Customer Service Officer at Ulster Bank and Foreign Exchange Supervisor at AIB. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Compliance, a Specialist Diploma in Wealth Management, and a Diploma in Financial Advice, all from the Institute of Bankers Ireland.
