Ken McCutcheon has extensive experience in stakeholder management and litigation work. Ken currently serves as the Head of Stakeholder Management at EBS, where they proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships. Prior to that, Ken held various roles at AIB, including Senior Manager and Manager of AIB Group FSG, where they led the management of litigation work and implemented strategies to reduce non-performing loans. Ken also served as the Business Compliance Manager and Operations Manager at EBS, where they oversaw core administrative functions and established the Compliance Administration Section. Additionally, Ken worked as a Paralegal at Clayton Utz.
Ken McCutcheon has a diverse education history in various fields. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Royal Imperial University of London, which focused on the study of law. Following this, in 1996, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Dublin Business School, where they gained knowledge in business administration and management. In 2002, Ken pursued a Masters in Business Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, which further enhanced their understanding of business administration and management. In 2012, they completed the QFA Professional Exams from LIA, specializing in banking and financial support services. Lastly, in 2013, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Residential Mortgage Arrears from the Institute of Bankers, further strengthening their expertise in the banking and financial support services field.
