Orla Canning QFA possesses extensive experience in the financial and retail sectors, currently serving in multiple roles such as Mortgage Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Bank Official, and Home Insurance Product Champion at EBS d.a.c. since March 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a Bank Official at AIB, where responsibilities involved processing FX and Euro transactions, cash handling, and compliance with banking procedures. Orla also has a background in customer service from positions as a Sales Assistant and Sales Advisor at Regatta Ltd and Quiz, respectively, where a focus on customer care and meeting sales targets was paramount. Additional experience includes an HR Administrator internship at Matheson Ormsby Prentice, where administrative tasks and personnel management were key. Orla holds a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice from IOB and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from Dublin City University.
