Mark Lobsitz is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in help desk management and IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of Help Desk Services at EBSCO Industries, Inc. since June 2015, Mark has established strategic IT management and advanced Lean and ITIL-based processes to align support teams with departmental goals. Previously, Mark held roles including Sr. Help Desk Manager and Help Desk Manager across various organizations, where responsibilities ranged from leadership and operational management to developing industry best practices. Mark's extensive experience encompasses positions in support, administration, and project management at companies such as EBSCO Publishing, American Renal Associates, and Spire, along with co-founding Essex Technology Solutions. Mark's education was completed at Salem State University.
