Esther Illana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and product management. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Ebury since June 2017, Esther focuses on strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A to drive regional and industry expansion. Previously, Esther held several key roles at Ebury, including SVP Product, where responsibilities included establishing a robust product function, launching innovative financial products for SMEs, and enhancing the company's online platform. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, tackling digital business challenges, and roles in international business development and as a business analyst. Esther holds an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Deusto.
