Oliver Rafe is an experienced leader in client services and operations within the mass payment sector. Currently serving as Head of Mass Payment Client Services at Ebury since January 2020, Oliver oversees global client-facing functions, including award-winning customer service, solutions architecture, and relationship management. Prior to Ebury, Oliver played a significant role at FRONTIERPAY LIMITED from September 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Client Services Manager (Global) and Operations Manager APAC, contributing to the development of the company’s mass payment services. Previous experience includes roles at onefinestay, where Oliver held various positions from June 2012 to September 2014. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and English from the University of Stirling and has further education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
