Sophie MacKenzie

Sophie Mackenzie is an accomplished recruitment and HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Ebury since April 2021, Sophie is responsible for setting global recruitment strategy and managing a diverse team of recruiters across multiple regions. Prior to this, Sophie held roles such as Recruitment & HR Advisor (interim) at Quantuma and Director of HR, Business Support & Talent Acquisition at AdMore Recruitment, where crucial HR infrastructure and strategies were established. Sophie's previous experiences include positions at Capgemini, Michael Page, and Sainsbury's, complemented by a BA Hons in French Language and Literature from The University of Sheffield.
