Michael Sudyk

Michael Sudyk has over 10 years of experience in the technology and construction industries. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Owner and Operator of Sudyk Brothers Construction. In 2009, they joined Crane Composites as an Application Engineer and R&D Engineer, where they were responsible for technical customer relations and sales, building customer relationships, addressing process issues, and exploring and validating new products. In 2012, they became the CEO and VP of US Operations at EC Group International, where they helped customers build software development teams, drove new marketing initiatives, and led Sales & Marketing initiatives. In 2015, they founded 2 Cent Dad. In 2016, they became the President of Grand Rapids Tech List, where they helped local technology businesses share their stories. In 2017, they founded Waypoint, a SaaS Product by EC Group that creates engaged, high retention teams.

Michael Sudyk has a long educational history. Michael earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a BS degree in Mathematics/Physics from Bethel College. Michael also graduated from Rockford High School.
