Santhosh Kumar has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. santhosh began their career in 2005 as a Test Engineer at Infix Info Solution Pvt Ltd. In 2007, they joined EC Group International as a Project Manager - QA. In this role, they managed 4 projects simultaneously and led/guided a team of globally located testers. santhosh also prepared and maintained Test Cases using a test management tool (ApTest Manager) for different components of Language Explorer (FLEx) and reviewed/verified Test Cases prepared by other team members.

Santhosh Kumar began their educational journey in 1995 at VCHSS, studying Mathematics and Computer Science. In 1996, they attended Kennedy Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where they studied Mathematics and Biology. santhosh then attended University of Madras from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.E Computer Science. In 2008, Santhosh Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Annamalai University, with a focus on Management Information Systems and General.
