Jamie Li

Jamie Li is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, regulation, and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance at EC Healthcare since September 2021, Jamie Li oversees negotiations and execution of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with Listing Rules. Previously, as Associate Director at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, responsibilities included monitoring compliance for over 100 listed companies and presenting complex cases to management. Early experience at EY encompassed financial services and compliance reviews, while initial roles at Bang & Olufsen and internships in accounting and assurance established a strong foundation in financial management. Jamie Li holds a degree in Accounting and Information System Auditing from City University of Hong Kong, along with an exchange program experience at the University of Leeds.
