Frank Zepeda has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, design, and education. Frank is currently an Adult Education Instructor at Cerritos College, where they focus on providing quality educational courses and helping students gain the necessary skills for college and the workforce. Prior to this, Frank worked at EC Hispanic Media as a Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager. In their role at AdOut/Vertis Inc, Frank created visually appealing designs for print media, including ads, direct mail campaigns, and branding materials. Frank was recognized for their design work and was promoted to graphic designer. Frank has a strong skill set in concepts, design, print, and web design.

Frank Zepeda has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2003, they attended California State University, Long Beach and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Certificate in User Experience and Customer-Centered Design at California State University, Fullerton. During the same period, they also earned a Certificate in Social Media Marketing from UCLA Extension. In 2015, Frank enrolled in UDEMY and studied App Development, specifically focusing on XCode 7 and Swift 2. Moreover, they have acquired additional certifications, including the Cerritos College Full Online Certification from Peralta Online Equity Rubric in August 2022, and the Blueprint Certification by Facebook in February 2019.
