Philippe Schmitt

Philippe Schmitt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at EC Mergers & Acquisitions, where they specialize in providing investment banking services such as mergers, acquisitions, company sales, and corporate divestitures. Prior to that, Philippe co-founded Natureo Finance in 2008, a boutique advisory firm focused on the energy transition and environmental sectors. Philippe played a crucial role in originating and executing deals during their tenure there. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Philippe held various positions in renowned financial institutions such as Landsbanki Kepler, Bryan Garnier & Co, BNP Paribas, Lehman Brothers, ABN AMRO, and Sagem Group. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in renewable energy, cleantech, industrial and IT hardware, telecommunications, and sector analysis.

Philippe Schmitt pursued an MBA Full Time degree at Cranfield School of Management from 1991 to 1992.
