Sally Sha

Sally Sha has a diverse range of work experience in the financial and consulting industries. Sally began their career in 2004 as a Strategy Consultant at IBM Global Services, where they worked until 2006. Sally then joined BofA Merrill Lynch as an Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking, where they gained extensive deal experience in M&A advisory and corporate financing. Sally continued their career at EC Mergers & Acquisitions, initially joining as a Managing Director in 2012 and later taking on the role of Managing Director, M&A Investment Banking. At EC M&A, they advised multinational corporations, private companies, and private equity firms on transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
