Teresa Watson

Teresa Watson has extensive experience in the investment banking and financial services industry. Teresa started their career at Deloitte in 1998 as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on various projects involving systems analysis and design, database design, and applications development. Teresa then joined JPMorgan as an Associate in 2005, where they worked until 2008. Teresa provided exceptional investment banking advisory services as the Managing Director at EC Mergers & Acquisitions, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, private company sales, and corporate divestitures in the life sciences and industrial technologies space globally.

Teresa Watson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from NYU Stern School of Business, and a High School Diploma from Townsend Harris High School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Examination), Series 24 (General Securities Principal Examination), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination), and Series 7 (General Securities Representative Examination) from FINRA.
