Daniela Flores

Daniela Flores is a Corporate/M&A Partner at EC Rubio, specializing in corporate law and advising multinational and domestic companies on complex cross-border transactions in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate. Previously, Daniela served as a Senior Associate at EC Legal Rubio Villegas, where they coordinated the Corporate Social Responsibility program. Daniela has received mediation training in Texas and currently serves as a pro bono mediator at the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center. They also hold leadership roles, including President of the Board of Directors for the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Sección Chihuahua, A.C. Daniela has an extensive academic background, including an LLM from New York University School of Law and various diplomas in international law.
