Julie Freeman

Julie Freeman has over 15 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Julie began their career in 2006 as a Regional Manager at Clarins. In 2008, they moved to Macy's East as a Regional Account Executive Cosmetics, where they oversaw the fragrance departments in Philadelphia and New Jersey. From 2009 to 2023, Julie worked at EC Scott Group in various roles, starting as a Brand Manager and eventually becoming Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing. In 2021, they were Vice President Operations at Covet & Mane, responsible for streamlining all internal processes, owning the tech stack, optimizing e-commerce, and refining pipeline management. In 2020, they were Founder of Wolfgang LLC, consulting with a wide-range of clients within beauty and wellness, and Chief Growth Officer at Linhart NYC, providing leadership and building out the strategic road map for the startup oral care line. Finally, in 2022, Julie was Chief Operating Officer - Integrator at Bluechip Retail, providing strategic leadership for two rapidly growing e-commerce brands and mentoring a team of 20.
