Maria Georgaki

Maria has vast experience in organizational and leadership development. She has held regional and global positions in international companies including Group Head Organizational and Talent Development in United AlSaqer Group, Group Head Organizational, Learning and Talent Development in J&P, Global HR Director in Vision and EMEEA Training & Development Manager in Nielsen. She was leading the Talent Acquisition function in NCR for MEA region and additionally, she has previously worked with PriceWaterHouseCoopers as an Executive Leadership Trainer and Mentor on a European project.

Maria over the past 25 years has worked with organizations and leaders in different industries and sizes and she focus on designing evaluations systems that are aligned with the values of the organization and she implements the system in a way that empower and motivate the employees and accelerate the business performance. She designs and deliver learning and development solutions in effective leadership – trust – emotional intelligence – leadership resilience and leadership branding. Maria mentor and coach leaders and teams to unlock their potentials and foster new ways of thinking acting and influencing.

Maria is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (PCC, ICF), Certified Team Coach from AoEC , Certified Assessor and 360 Leadership Coach – Center for Creative Leadership and Growth Mindset – Assessor & Coach. She is a 4MAT certificated for designing Mastering Learning Solutions.

Maria has more than 4,000 hours in facilitation and more than 1,000 hours in coaching and mentoring.
