As a Talent Research Associate, Maria has passion for people and talent for data-driven research of the world of HR and talent management.

With a background in qualitative and quantitative research methods, she has the ability to gather and analyse information that supports and informs the organization’s talent database and development of strategies.

Prior to ecap she has worked in an FMCG company and has experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Maria is focused on identifying and conducting industry research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential talent pools.

Maria has a BSBA in Human Resources Management, and is passionate about dogs and sports.
